What are odds of this ?? - Consecutive Deal "Anamolies"

I was playing at Cherokee back in the late 90's (before I knew enough
to know how bad the paytables probably were). Twice in the span of 3
hours I hit 4 A's on a DDB machine which required a handpay. Each
time when they asked me to play it off I was dealt a 4 of a kind (5-
K). It was the same bank of machines although different machines.

Anyone else with a story?

Before tickets came out of machines it was typical to get a hand

pay

if you won anything over $300 or $400. This was so the machine
wouldn't run out of coins.

I had a set of 9 Keno numbers I used to play on the old 4-coin max
machines. I hit 8/9 at the Flamingo twice, T.I. twice and Caesars

once

($3 in = $14,100 jackpot).

My mother and I were at Fort McDowell outside Phoenix. She was
playing "my numbers" and hit 7/9 with 2 in for $670.

They hand-paid her, asked her to play off the jackpot, she put 2

in,

and the same 7 out of 9 came right back.
