that a player got a $5 royal at the Taj and then
moved up to $25 9-6 jacks and hit another royal.
While the paper work for the $100,000 was being
completed he hit another $25 royal on the
adjacent machine.
The Taj responded by downgrading the $25 9-6
jacks to 8/5.
I know I should just look at a couple web sites and could prob find my answer but I am lazy LOL

NSUD paytable is available right on the vpFREE home page, the group that you
are already a member of. On the home page, click on links, then paytables,
the vpFREE's paytable. But, since you are lazy, NLOL, on the right of the
paytable under 5 coins there will be a series of numbers printed vertically
in descending order, highest to lowest ranking hand. Most probably , on the
screen, the actual name of this game will read " D-E-U-C-E-S
W-I-L-D". Hope this helps.

Unfortunately for those of us out on the East Coast, the intrepid soul
who introduced Deuces to Atlantic City apparently was from Denver.
(check out the paytable listing for that reference ;). You guys out
in the heartland surprisingly fare much better in that regard (leaving
my wife one more reason to long for our native Midwest since Deuces is
her true joy).
For the sake of a "noob", GOOF, I'll note that vp is notoriously
rampant with obscure acronyms -- but shorthand references come in very
handy vs. spieling out a bunch of paytable numbers to refer to a game.
The "NSUD" at the end of the vpFREE reference stands for "Not So Ugly
Deuces".
By way of explanation, at one time the two most prevalent Deuces
paytables were the "Full Pay (FP) 100.76% version and a 98.91% version
referred alternately as Illinois or Airport(LV) Deuces, where they
frequently pop up. As you might expect, those in the know turned
their nose up at the latter, muttering "Ugly" under their breath.
Ugly Deuces soon became the more common reference to the 98.91% variant.
Apparently, seeing the "Ugly" machines sitting idle, some casino
apparently decided to compromise in favor of the player and nudged up
the SF/5K pays, yielding a much more attractive theo 99.72%. Skip
Hughes (a fellow self-admitted "grumpy old man"; I recently betrayed
my own age spots here) coined the NSUD moniker for this improvement on
the less attractive version.
Of course, paraphrasing, ugly is in the eye of the beholder. Many
back here in the east wish that Denver dude had actually been raised
in the civil environs of Chicago (hah -- in my book a kinder, gentler
version of New York ;).

I did actually find the paytable on the VPREE site before receiving any replies though I could not find the deuces wild name I knew it was deuces something. Thanks for your reply and happy holidays.

Well, thank goodness they downgraded the paytables. How dare players
think that just because they wager $125 a hand they are entitled to a
house edge of only .46%! Don't you people realise how much casinos
are struggling to make ends meet? Casinos in Las Vegas have been
forced to change payouts on Blackjack to 6 to 5. Please stop trying
to use your brain in the casino. If you can't do that, then try your
best to be unlucky.
I hope that the Atlantic City Taj Mahal is able to survive. If we
players don't start getting stupider, soon all the casinos in the
world will be gone!
