Is there a "down and dirty" strategy change to maximize the value on
full pay white hot aces using 10/6 DDB or some other strategy such as
9/6 JoB that I know very well?

It should occur to your that using JB strategy is going to yield some
very sub par results -- the Aces are make or break and, if anything,
JB values them the least of any high card (well, they're tied for K's
... both can be part of two unique straight sequences).
Using unadjusted 10/6 DDB strategy is a decent approximation to
optimal WHA; Frugal VP advises that you give up only about .01% ER.
Specific adjustments to DDB strategy are thus likely very modest.
Someone may take the time to spell these out; you can also run a trial
of several test hands through the "Analyze" feature of your favorite
vp program ... I expect all the changes involve Ace holds.
