At the time that you sign up as a new member for a slot club card at the
Westin Casuarina you can elect to pay $25 and get $40 in Free Play which
must be played through a machine at least once before it can be
collected.
Golden Nugget currently has a similar offer for new signups. They give
$10 in Free Play to all new cardholders.
