Westin $600-$300 promotion is over

Yes, it was very busy when I was there Saturday afternoon.
It probably would have been somewhat busy anyway because it
was a big sports betting weekend. The players' club line
had about 20 people in it but it went fast. The lady behind
me in line asked me what was going on. She was there from
Boston for a conference and figured it must be something
good because of all the people lined-up.

A friend told me she waited for 1 hour 40 minutes. She timed it because a lady just leaving the line when she arrived said it took her about an hour.

Still, adding in the playing time (10-20 minutes) it was still worth $150 an hour. Not too bad.

Thanks for the report. There isn't much opportunity for stuff like that in
the defrosting midwest and I like to picture it in my minds eye since the
dream of it lasting until my next visit in May was dashed:-)

Damned good, I would say, considering that the downside risk was minimal.
