Westgate New Players Club March 1st

I've received some information about the new Westgate slot club effective March 1st.

$10 coin-in = 1 point and 100 points = $1 in comps or free play so points are still worth .1%.

However, we used to have a separate earned comp account worth .1% - .4% depending on the game played. No mention of that in the literature I received.

I received the same literature. They also mentioned that for video poker $10 coin-in = 1 “tier” point, but did not explain what a tier point is nor how it works.

I just sent an e-mail to my host (Mimi Floyd) and asked for clarification on the old comp dollar balances and the new “tier” points.

I liked LVH back in the day. Good vp and comps too. Then LVH would rebate portion of airfare if U show your flight ticket. About 100 yrs ago. When I did Vegas, usually went for 2 weekends. About 10 days. Renting car, I loved quick parking in sports book. Then, JOB, Loose Deuce & progressive $1 bank of games was worth playing. We stayed in floor level room with step down opening to pool side, called a “lanai” room. Sometime they were hard to get.

Last week had Convention Show there, next door. Parked Sports Book, walk through Westgate and walk about 1/2 mile to show. I scanned vp. Dropped $200 at $1 progressive. Next day progressives were roped off and closed. Bar in Book had crap vp. 3/4 of the slots & vp roped off. Only thing worth playing was the

3 pool tables in Book. I must of been in at exact time of card change over. I wonder if things will improve?

Cheers…Jeep
