Worcester seems to be in no-man's land neither Eastern or Western Mass.
One in Boston metro, one for the Wappanaug's near Cape and one for western mass. And then there's the one Racino (suffolk downs?). Think if the Wappanaug tribe doesn't get a taste then there will be a 4th casino. The casino's are ~10 years away. The racino much quicker.
