west virginia VP

Hi! Does anyone have any information on the casinos in West Virginia?
I was wondering if the machines are class II or III. If they are class
III is there any playable VP.

It's terrible. All VP I looked at was around 91.5% with max coin of
8. RF paid 2500 credits with max coin. If you must go, you might as
well play slots.

West Virginia casinos are neither Class II or III since these are not Indian casinos.

The machines are a random deal however paytables seem to be poor in all locations that I have seen.

I would avoid West Virginia games (slots or VP) like the plague.
There maximum theo is capped to 95% :frowning: Here is the payout specification
from their regs manual http://www.state.wv.us/Lottery/hb102.htm

That explains why all VP games they had there gave me about 91.5% when
I ran them through WinPoker.

Do you have a link for Pennsylvania games?
