Welcome Back Bluestreak/Pioneer July Birthday Promo

Hello Laughlin players. Thanks to Hamstockman I have a computerized device to visit again on the vpFREE's. I read the last 25 messages...only back to mid-March. Pretty mild traffic, but I recgonize about half the handles.

So, who spun the Pioneer prize wheel a few times in July? I was there in mid month. It was a pretty strong deal worth 2%+ to a low roller like me.

I will let the administrator approve my membership before more Pioneer talk.

Bluestreak

Welcome back from your sabbatical. Now that you are well rested and tanned, it is time to get back to work and keep us informed about the Laughlin events.

That Pioneer prize wheel was a strong promotion, and Mr. Bluestreak seemed to have a knack for hitting the top prizes.

So now that you have passed the felony background test by the administrator, it is time to spill some beans on the Pioneer.

The Pioneer sure keeps changing. I did not see any comments posted abour how they screwed around with the Getaway night room promotion. For years it only took $1k coin-in to renew the comp. Then in May they upped-it to $4k, without any notice. I couldn't book for June based on my last visit. Then it went down to $1.5k (750 points) in July. I hope they learned a lesson.

The VP changes over the last year are well documented in your past posts. It was fun playing some Deuces again. I am not sure what they were trying to accomplish? Was it Doc Holiday's(slot mgr) last stand? Did they have to take him away in handcuffs or did he just give up? I saw him on the CB casino floor looking important.

Has anyone received a birthday comp letter in the last year? I did not get one in January. Comp #8001 got you two free nights or buffets. I had a six year run going for this one.

I didn't see any postings about the July spin the prize 'O' plenty wheel for the slot club's birthday. $1k (500 points) earned that day got you a twirl. There were 15 possible stops with various prizes. On my visit there were $300+ dollars spread over 5-6 spots. If you discount the free rooms/food and booby prizes a spin was worth $20+. You could do it 5 times a day too, by 9pm. There was confusion at the booth what happened with your after 9pm play.

Anyone do the Sunday buffet, now downstairs in the coffee shop?

Some of the promo handouts lately had a 4am start time. Did they change the slot club day?

Inventory- I saw only two of the 10/7 DB quarter uprights. Awhile back they did add some more Bally Gamemakers to the south end in Sassy Sues Saloon. All have 9/6 Jacks, some Triple Deuces for adventure.
