You may find casino security tapping you on the shoulder & telling you to remove them. I had this happen at Grand Victoria in Indiana - using Noise quieting headphones - didn't even have a radio on them.
I pleaded my case & was told the headphones cannot be worn. Guess they thought I was receiving VP strategy signals from planet Dancer in a far away Galaxy.
