I found these same machines at Red Rock today on four slants between the slot club and sportsbook bar. In addition to the games you listed, they had two more over-99% games, 9/5 TB+ and 9/4/4 BDW.
No sign of $4 coin-in per point on these either.

be surprised if all Station Casinos don't have
