We Be Cruisin'

Hi Gang:
Hedy and I are aboard the Celebrity Equinox, docked in Kusadasi, Turkey, right now. Casino, which is non-smoking, has full-pay deuces, 10/7 DB and full-pay Double Jokers in 50-cent, dollar and $2 denoms.
Yeah, right!!!!
7/5 DB is best we can find. Having fun even though first four days of cruise (Rome, at sea, Athens and Rhodes) have been "blessed" with continual driving rainstorms, thunder and lightning. Today, the sun came out for the first time. We've been dabbling in the casino but haven't had any luck at VP or Hold Em yet. Having a great time, though, and we are looking forward to stops in Israel and Egypt.
Will report more as we go.

HI Coach Vee and hedy,

Sounds like a good trip. Karen and i are leaving on 11/14 from Venice to Dubroknik, Corfu, Athens, Kusadasi and Crete on a Horseshoe Hammond trip we qualified for by playing vp for five weeks. The contest started on 8/26 which is my birthday. There are two almost full pay - 50 play - dueces wild machines in the High Limit Room. They are full pay on a single line. I started out at 7:00 AM playing single line and hit a royal on my third spin!

I was the only customer in the room. Proceeded to hit deuces a few times - then moved up to three play and was dealt deuces.

I hit royals three more times during the contest and Karen did pretty good playing triple double bonus ( I call the feast or famine game).

Horseshoe is picking up airfare, tips, port fees and taxes.

Have a good time and keep winning.

You have a nice trip coming up: Venice is just a beautiful place,
and Dubrovnik is really wonderful. The bride & I were on a Med
Cruise last year that included both of those places. Be sure to see the
old city on a tour of Dubrovnik, but I'd avoid the tour that takes you for
a walk on top of the walls of the city. Many injuries (I've heard) on
that tour, including one broken leg on our cruise.
