I've seen 3 royals go by that I would have had if I wasn't playing 'perfect'
poker (one was on the $10 DDB progressive @ Bellagio which was @ $57K at the
time). Twice with 2 Jacks and once with trip Jacks like you. I find it
strange that it's only the Jacks. One of my friends had it happen only once in his
life and it was with trip Jacks. I know all the math and I'm usually not
superstitions etc. but those Jacks can be nothing but trouble. I'm sure others
have had it happen with Q's, K's or Aces bit I've never personally seen it.
