Walking By Again...

I've been getting some "heat" about my Harrah's service comments from
loyal customers. I stated that it is important to take your business
elsewhere if you aren't treated well. And, the response was that you
had to just keep trying and trying with Harrah's to get the right
person and that eventually you would be happy.

I feel like I'm at a car dealership, not having fun.

I have a theory that casinos are not out to "screw" you, BUT - they
intentionally put your frustration level to a test. And, I honestly
feel that most people will give up in disgust or just "cave in",
which is just fine with the casino. I recall at check-out one time I
kicked and screamed for a solid half hour to get breakfast comped
after initially and repeatedly asking nicely. And, yes, they did pick
up the charges.

So, I'm finding more and more instances lately of having to "dance
through hoops" and follow up and make multiple calls.

And I'm tired of it.

Any of you, and me as well, deserve better for our thousands per
day cycled through machines. SO, I firmly stick by my original
statement - Harrah's will not learn to value our business until they
no longer have it.
