About the requirement for identification when you win a jackpot that has to
be reported to the IRS...shouldn't that requirement be consistent with the
identification requirements for employment (IRS form I-9)? A passport is all
that's required for identification for the I-9 (one of the choices from "column
A" on the form, OR you need two pieces of identification such as driver's
license or social security card (one from "column B" and one from "column C".
