I recieved my first W2-G last year. I can not find it now. Will the casino mail me a copy like a bank? Can they send me a duplicate? Thanks.

If the casino gave you a W2-G, they probably won't mail you anything else. Check on their web site, or call directly, to see if they will send you a duplicate.

If you did not have any tax withheld at the time of the payout, and you know the total amount the W2-G was for, you really don't need the document - other than for your personal records. You are only required to provide a copy with your tax return (for verification purposes) "if" taxes were withheld.

The IRS can also send you a duplicate, but in the past they haven't had them
available until August or so. You don't actually need the piece of paper to
send with your return unless tax was withheld.
