VXP: Mandalay Bay and a $1,000,000,000 display

But... What if MB bought one billion of old currency that was due to be
destroyed? I recall seeing shredded old currency being sold for some reason.

If I read correctly, MGM paid $7 bil for MB. A $1 bil wall hardly
stands up against the Bellagio fountains. I don't think it would draw
