Vulgarity and Raunchiness- was "mroejacks"

I assumed that your comments were primarily
for my benefit and that you wanted my input.
I'll try to avoid that mistake in the future.

I do have some input that seems relevant:

I didn't make the V and R rule.
I inherited, agree with and enforce it.

Knowing that you are a very precise person, I
thought that you might want to account for the
remote, but possible, chance that there could
be non-adults in our group.

Your frequent use of the "belittle or ridicule"
disclaimer isn't necessary on FREEvpFREE
and is a waste of band width.

It does to me.

LOL! Of course it does! You are the one who made the rule in the
first place! I hope you wouldn't make a rule that didn't make sense to
you! It really wasn't eally necessary to state the obvious.

You're entitled to your opinion, but no one has a right to
use vulgarity or raunchiness on any vpFREE forum.

And, there aren't any age requirements on any vpFREE group,

Thank you for confirming that I am entitled to my opinion.

Yes, I know that no one has the right to use vulgarity or
raunchiness on any vpFREE forum. You've made that very
clear. It really didn't need to be repeated.

I'm not sure why you wrote that last line. Yes, I know
that there are not age requirements on any vpFREE group.
Apparently, you missed my point. I said, "we are all
(supposedly) over 21 in this group." That means, it is
likely that all vpFREE members are over 21 (since discussing
a pasttime that you cannot legally participate in is probably
boring to the under 21 crowd.) I did NOT say, "vpFREE
members are suposed to be 21 or over." My statement
did not imply that I thought the was (or should be) an
age restriction on vpFREE Yahoo! Groups.

I have been a member of vpFREE for a long time.
And, unitl I read the 'mroejacks' emails on
FREEvpFREE, I had never heard of a 'V & R rule.'
It's interesting....because I have read MANY messages
posted on vpFREE and FREEvpFREE over the years
which could have been interpreted as vulgar or raunchy.
But, as those posts do not offend me, I never thought
twice about it....

....unitl today.

It will be interesting to see how many raunchy vpFREE
and FREEvpFREE messages will be posted in the future.
It will be even more interesting to see what you do
about it when it happens.

you allow some members to habitually break the rules,
while reprimanding others.

Knowing that you are a very precise person, I

I hate to repeat myself, but....I said, "....it is *likely*
that all vpFREE members are over 21...." I never said
there was no chance a person under 21 is a member
of this group. Yes, there is a remote, but possible,
chance that there could be a non-adult in our group.
But, it really doesn't matter. Because, you don't even
want *adults* to post or read raunchy messages.

Was that comment belittling me or ridiculing me?
It could be taken that way.

I wonder what repercussions their would be,
if I told someone in the vpFREE Group that portions
of their messages are wasting bandwidth?

Luke agrees with Curtis. That's quite amusing when you consider the
fact that they're the same person posting under different ID's.
