Winfall drawing. Since someone won the Jackpot, how did this affect

It killed me. I had invested $200 in it and hit 5 three number
winners. If no one had hit the 5 million I would have gotten back
about $250, but when the money didn't roll down, I only got $25.
I'm happy for the big winner, but not all that thrilled with my
$175 loss.
