We were doing 4K/month on 8/5 bonus and had been getting 4 x $15 the last few
months (have now stopped playing there).

The above might or might not work for awhile - but I know marketing there is
fiddling with their formulas every month, and they are requiring more play
now than in the past. It may depend on whether you play only 100% machines.
So if the above was put in a list, a note should be put with this that this
is something you could try but it might not work. I know several people who
have been playing more than that once a month and didn't get any mailer in
April.
