<<< The vpFREE Administrator does not apply the rules equally. On vpFREE,
moderated members' posts which violate the rules get rejected and deleted,
while unmoderated members are able to post equally offensive messages
without having their messages deleted or rejected. Unmoderated members are
allowed to post personal negative comments without repercussion. All you
have to do is read the messages in the archives to see that I am correct.
The vpFREE rules DO NOT apply to all members equally. >>>

If a member is moderated, a message that violates the rules is rejected
and can be revised and re-sent or posted "as is" on FREEvpFREE.

When unmoderated members have posted messages that violated the rules,
they have been dealt with by the Administrator and sanctioned as seemed
appropriate. In the future any post that violates the rules will automatically
earn indefinite moderation for the offender.

So, an unmoderated member can post a message that violates the rules (no
way to get around this in an unmoderated group), but there have always been
repercussions, and there will be even more in the future. Messages that
violate the rules normally aren't deleted because they have already been
circulated. IIRC, a couple of particularly offensive messages were deleted.

vpFREE Administrators have always tried to apply all rules fairly and
even-handedly.
