VPFREE2 Updates

Is anyone else experiencing slow turnaround with VPFREE2 updates?

Recent updates for Soaring Eagle in Michigan were handled, but it took two weeks.

Three weeks ago I posted updates for Resorts AC (the single quarter JB96 is gone).

After no updates or response after 2 weeks, I sent a followup message to the VPFREE2 administrator..

No response.

You did the right thing by notifying the vpFREE2 Administrator
whenever there are problems. I trust you used either the Contact Us
link on vpFREE2.com or his gmail address vpfree2admin@gmail.com

I believe monitors are supposed to make updates submitted to them
within two days. If a casino has no monitor, the Admin will make the
updates. And if there's a problem with an update submitted, one would
expect an email explaining the delay.

Thanks for the reply.

I used the "contact us" link. Next time I'll go straight to the gmail address.

I don't think it makes any difference if you use the Contact Us link
or the email address. Both go directly to the vpFREE2 site owner.
