Yes mathematics spend money you don't have import poverty and terror ='s the
downfall of america "me no speaka any english" ( spell checked ). Yes
mathematics conventions down 60% gaming and tourism down 4%. Lets see minus
means less so........thats not good. Lets see again import poverty a "+" import
terror another "+" lets throw in drugs "+" ( don't worry the free health-care
will make that a plus ) now we are ahead. Fuzzy mathematics gotta love it. Oh
and by the way no need to capitalize "english" its not our official language.
I really think Rampart is pushing to have a minority based cliental since
minorities really do not care about odds and english is defititely the second
language.

Mathematics is universal and computed the same regardless of language spoken.
Most minorities I know use proper English, grammar and punctuation. Those that
don't use the spelling checker.
