storm and Not one security telling them to STOP....

You are correct; I haven't been there. I find that action
reprehensible. If the non-smoking lobbyists used their time and
effort to enact legislation for stiff fines to both the casino and
the smokers for violating non-smoking policies in that section, the
air would be clear sooner. But instead they are trying to eliminate
smoking altogether which will take much, much longer.
