EVERYONE SHOULD READ AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE
vpFREE FAQ <http://members.cox.net/vpfree/FAQ.htm>
BEFORE POSTING A MESSAGE ON vpFREE
1. Every vpFREE message's subject line should accurately identify the
content of the message, to facilitate faster navigation by interested or
uninterested members.
2. If you reply to a message and change the subject matter, either start
a new thread (preferable) with a new subject line or rename the subject
line to reflect its new focus.
3. When replying to messages, quote just enough of the previous post to
maintain continuity. Delete the rest of the previous post.
4. When replying to messages, clearly differentiate the previous
message from your comments, so that it will be easy to identify who
wrote what.
5. If you have administrative problems, send a private email to the
Administrator, after you have checked the vpFREE Yahoo! Administrative
Problems Directory <http://members.cox.net/vpfree/Y.htm>.
6. Negative personal comments about, or criticism of, another member, as
perceived by the Administrator and regardless of circumstances isn't
tolerated on vpFREE. Violators are subject to having their posting
privileges revoked for some appropriate period of time. If you disagree
with someone, be objective, polite and impersonal (address the message
and don't mention or refer to the messenger).
7. Let the Administrator do the administrating. Administrative posts by
self-appointed Assistant Administrators, even when well intentioned, tend to
be counter-productive. Send any administrative comments or suggestions to
the Administrator via private email or post them on FREEvpFREE.
