vpFREE Posting Guidelines - DEC 2005

EVERYONE SHOULD READ AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE
vpFREE FAQ <http://members.cox.net/vpfree/FAQ.htm>
BEFORE POSTING A MESSAGE ON vpFREE

1. These posting guidelines apply to all vpFREE Forums except
FREEvpFREE (where anything goes - subject to good taste
considerations).

2. Every vpFREE message's subject line should accurately identify the
content of the message, to facilitate faster navigation by interested or
uninterested members.

3. If you reply to a message and change the subject matter, either start a
new thread (preferable) with a new subject line or rename the subject line
to reflect its new focus.

4. When replying to messages, quote just enough of the previous post to
maintain continuity. Delete the rest of the previous post.

5. When replying to messages, clearly differentiate the previous message
from your comments, so that it will be easy to identify who wrote what.

6. If you have Yahoo administrative problems, send a private email to the
Administrator, after you have checked the vpFREE Yahoo!
Administrative Problems Directory:

<http://members.cox.net/vpfree/Y.htm>

7. As a spam prevention measure, no one can upload to the Files
Directory or the Photos Directory on the vpFREE home page unless they
get temporary upload access from the Administrator.

8. Negative personal comments or personal attacks, as perceived by the
Administrator and regardless of circumstances, aren't tolerated on
vpFREE. Any negative reference to another person in a post with a
negative context usually constitutes a negative personal comment. If you
disagree with someone, be objective, polite and impersonal in any reply.
Don't belittle anyone or what they have written or do any name-calling.
Use FREEvpFREE for any negative personal comment posts.

9. Let the Administrator do the administrating. Administrative posts by
self-appointed Assistant Administrators, even when well intentioned, tend
to be counter-productive. Send any comments, questions or suggestions
about how the forums are run to the Administrator via private email or
post them on FREEvpFREE.

10. The video poker content in private emails to the Administrator may
be posted anonymously, unless the sender specifically requests otherwise.
