vpFREE Posting Guidelines - APR 2006

EVERYONE SHOULD READ AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE
vpFREE FAQ <http://members.cox.net/vpfree/FAQ.htm>
BEFORE POSTING A MESSAGE ON vpFREE

1. These posting guidelines apply to all vpFREE Forums except
FREEvpFREE (where anything goes - subject to good taste
considerations).

2. Every vpFREE message's subject line should accurately identify the
content of the message, to facilitate faster navigation by interested or
uninterested members.

3. If you reply to a message and change the subject matter, either start
a new thread (preferable) with a new subject line or rename the subject
line to reflect its new focus.

4. When replying to messages, quote just enough of the previous post to
maintain continuity. Delete the rest of the previous post.

5. When replying to messages, clearly differentiate the previous message
from your comments, so that it will be easy to identify who wrote what.

6. If you have Yahoo administrative problems, send a private email to
the Administrator, after you have checked the vpFREE Yahoo!
Administrative Problems Directory:

<http://members.cox.net/vpfree/Y.htm>

7. Casino personnel probably monitor vpFREE Groups so posts
containing sensitive information should take this into consideration.

8. Always address the message rather than the messenger (no personal
attacks) when making or responding to a negative post. In addition, be
polite, civil, objective, factual and impersonal. You can assert, deny,
disagree, correct, explain etc., but don't put-down, belittle, make sarcastic
comments, insult or do any name-calling about the message or the
messenger.

9. Let the Administrator do the administrating. If you wish to comment
on a post because you believe it is inappropriate or that it violates the
rules etc., do not post it on vpFREE. Send it by private email to the
poster, the Administrator, and/or post it on FREEvpFREE. Also send all
comments, questions or suggestions about how the forums should be run
to the Administrator via private email or post them on FREEvpFREE.

10. The video poker content in private emails to the Administrator may
be posted anonymously, unless the sender specifically requests otherwise.
