Anyone can schedule a vpFREE lunch anywhere, anytime (as
detailed in FAQ #56 and the monthly announcements), but having
a set time and place every third Saturday at a specific casino
seems like the best route.
However, if someone agrees to host a "third Saturday" lunch at a
different casino, and notifies me privately before the first of the
month, we'll change the location for that month.
