A couple of comments about the Expected Returns listings:
Under "Aces" there is a version of IGT White Hot Aces (WHA) played at
the River Palms with a 99.57% ER. These are 9/5/80 for SF.
Under "Deuces" is Illinois Deuces 15/9. Is this the same as Airport
Deuces? How about the original Ugly Ducks?

This is correct, according to a recent post by Howard Stern. I've just re-
labeled those as "LV Airport/Illinois
Deuces".
How about the original Ugly Ducks?
Don't know, but its been my impression that all deuces games with poor
paytables are Ugly Ducks.
Input is welcomed/encouraged on other paytables and nicknames that
should be included in the "Video Poker Expected Returns" tabulation.
