vpFREE group message base history

vpFREE Administrator:

To stay within the current space allocation of the group it's
necessary for you to drop off some of the message history each month.

I imagine that are at least a few others like me who occasionally cull
through past messages to pick up various tidbits that others may have
posted on a given subject. I kinda hate seeing all those past goodies
go and was wondering if you'd be open to some voluntary contributions
to expand the space allocated to the group.

I don't know what kind of $'s would be required, but I thought that an
occasional $10 or $20 from a handful of members might be sufficient.

Is this at all feasible or just best left alone?

Not an option, or I would have done it.

Newer Yahoo groups (last couple of years) have a 32 mb space
allocation, and there isn't any more available from Yahoo, for love
or money.

There are some other possibilities, but for various reasons I haven't
pursued them.
