It was once suggested to me that I save up and go to Vegas so that I
can make my $8 per hour for about 20 hours (typical weekend play?).
However no comments were made how much a flight to Vegas would cost,
let alone if one were to drive it due to an inability to fly.
Yes we all would like to have positive play, but some of us just
write off the cost to entertainment and enjoy the free rooms and
meals.
A real good point,if in opting for the best machines your cost is more
than the machines earn that's not advantage play by anyone's math.
Most people on their way to the pro side of play earn more money
from coupons, promotions, bounce back etc than from E. V. on their
machine choice yet on this and other boards the demise of that
is barely heard from while the pulling of machines signals the
end of the world .Playing the best machines is very important
but I would be interested in more people putting their money
where their mouth is.In my case (low roller) an free invitation
to a tournament(with rooms)far outweighs difference between
FPDW and 9/6 JOB for the amount of play I do. Anyone else's
budget give a backseat to the choice of machines for
other costs/rewards ?
