Volunteers are needed to adopt any casino in the DataBase (Atlantic City
casinos are in the DataBase) that doesn't have a "Yes" in the "Casino
Monitor" column on it's "Index + Summary" page.
Most of the Atlantic City casinos and all of the Las Vegas, Laughlin and
Reno casinos need a Casino Monitor to adopt them.
