If you do go to the Rideau Carlton Raceway, may I suggest that you try the
$1/.50/.25 VP on the other side of the casino towards the back corner. There
is no Pickem on those machines but 5 other VP games.

You don't win every time, but this year, I got ACES for $1200 3x, fours for
$600 5x, fours for $250 many times and actually a RF - the first there in a
long time. And I've seen two other RFs on $1 and.25 there too.

As for the Pickems VP which do have other VP games choices on the other side
- like I said before - these machines are reserved for losers - the casino
knows there is a big fan base of Pickem in Ottawa and they set the machines
appropriately.

As for the old original $1 VP machines (Pickem, Double Bonus and Bonus
choice)(that were alawys full), which they removed Pickem, to force you to
play the new machines - they were removed totally this week.
