Is there a free one that would have accurate strategies?

I know of 2 but they are not free.
My preference is Video Poker Wizard from the Wizard of Odds for $10 as an iTunes App. Since I am flying to Nevada each trip it's useful practice and worth it for me. It's an iTunes app. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/video-poker-wizard/id553349826?ls=1&mt=8
Zamzow has a similar product, probably for the same price
Video Poker Wizard has many more games/pay schedules pre-programmed in. I have not been successful trying to reprogram additional pay schedules into Zamzow's product.

You can modify pay schedules in winpoker. Just tried it with JOB 6/9 with a payout of 130 for a 4 of a kind (saw that at south point on the triple play $1 machines).

RE: Changing pay tables on winpoker app. I had been able to do that only once before. Apparently on my app when the pay table is selected and the keyboard is pulled up, the screen goes blank. But I can still type in the change-at least today.
So if someone wants to be able to input different pay tables for progressives, they may want winpoker for iPad.
But I guess I didn't address at all Jean's question about apps that provide strategies. Neither of the ones I mentioned do that. They will analyze hands, analyze games, and correct mistakes when you play hands though.
Oh and VP Tutor (Panamint) from the past. I still have that hard disc.
