VP trainer

Last year I noticed an attachment that was available for your pc that converted your
pc to simulate an actual VP machine. It replaced your keyboard and had buttons
to hold/draw cards.

When I looked for it I can no longer find it for sale. It it works as indicated, I think it would help me increase my speed. (rather than using the mouse)

I would appreciate knowing if it actually works and if its still available for sale.

From what I've seen, it appears to be simply a keyboard overlay along
with some video poker software. The most important part of video
poker practice is knowing the STRATEGIES, rather than how to press
buttons or how to be as fast as possible. You're better off looking
for good SOFTWARE. Of course, it's your money and you are free to
spend it however you want.

I remember seeing something along these lines awhile ago and while I
didn't pursue it, it was my hope that it included a key remapping
(reassignment) tool so that you could use it with any strategy program
(such as winpoker).

For that matter, even if it lacked the tool, there are other utilities
out there that would handle the remapping part.

I consider it a novelty, but I'd be interested in looking at the
attachment again if someone comes up with it.
