Here are my thoughts:
Ten minutes is such a short time that "long term statistics" do not
mean much. To win these things, you have to get more "big" payoffs
than the other contestants. A Royal would almost certainly nail
the
thing. I would forget "precision play" and simply go for fours-of-
a-
kind or better. Keep dealt pairs (not two pair), any three to a
S.F.,
and any two to a R.F.
