I am playing in a VP tournament Friday for the first
time. Does anyone know how they work? Do you get so
many hands? So much time? Just curious
Most video poker tournaments I have played specify that each
participant play a set number of hands within a very ample period of
time. I have heard of others that allow you to play as many hands as
possible within the allotted time. The casino offering the tourney
should provide you with the rules if you ask. >>>

Normal tournaments are like 1000 credits to be played off in 15 or 20
minutes which is enough time for most people to play all the credits.
If it's a tournament where you play as many hands as possible within the
alloted time, beg off & tell them why. Most likely you won't have a chance as
these tournaments draw out people who are very fast & can probably get in 50%
more hands.
