I had the lunch buffet at the Sunocoast earlier today (which was very
good) and while leaving via the escalator to the parking deck, I
noticed the progressive on the nickel Triple Play bank of VP machines
was almost $9800. Maybe it had been higher in the past, but this is
the highest I have ever seen. All machines were taken, and this is not
meant to offend anyone, but most, if not all, of the players appeared
to be asian, or of asian descent. Nothing wrong with that, but there
also appeared to be relief players sitting in a row of chairs next to
the travel agency; my guess is they would take over when a player
wanted a break, or to go to the bathroom. I guessed this was some sort
of team, and they would play until the Royal on three hands was hit.
Comments? What if another team wants to play? Or just one person wants
to play? Anyone played on a team, and want to share any experiences?
