I was invited to a lunch at my local casino with about 15 players they identified and we were all asked to comment on a long list of casino related items, including cash-back,
VP progressives, pay schedules and VIP room etc. They had brought in some one from
Las Vegas to do the verbal survey. Of course very little of our suggestions were taken.

I have never ever had a casino ask my opinion about what might be called technical issues such as VP game selection, payback percentage, or anything like that, other than very nebulous questions such as "Does our casino have enough slot machines?" or "Are our slots better, worse, or about the same compared to other casinos in the area?".
On the other hand, Harrah's sends me surveys all the time asking about my dealings with my host on my latest visit. I never reply to these surveys from Harrah's, for fear of getting "tripped". (That's a joke folks - or at least I think it is!)
