VP Surveys

Are there any casinos which regularly, or even occasionally, survey their patrons concerning their slot or video poker offerings? We all have seen restaurant and hotel surveys concerning service, quality, etc. Amazon even requests feedback for every purchase, but in my decades of frequenting casinos, I have never received a survey instrument concerning my opinion of the quality or type of the VP offerings. Have any of you received any surveys on this issue, or has it just been a chat with a host on your opinions of things?

I have never ever had a casino ask my opinion about what might be called technical issues such as VP game selection, payback percentage, or anything like that, other than very nebulous questions such as "Does our casino have enough slot machines?" or "Are our slots better, worse, or about the same compared to other casinos in the area?".

On the other hand, Harrah's sends me surveys all the time asking about my dealings with my host on my latest visit. I never reply to these surveys from Harrah's, for fear of getting "tripped". (That's a joke folks - or at least I think it is!)
