Optimum VP offers most of the features you're looking for. It implements the Sorokin/Jazbo risk of ruin calculation, including RoR before a royal. It plots the standard deviation curves. It has a tool to help you evaluate the benefits of players clubs and comps. It allows you to edit a strategy chart and evaluate the actual expected return of a chart. Most importantly, it is the only true trainer, posting your choice of strategy chart next to the game window and relating your plays to the chart.
Unfortunately, multiline games can not be implemented due to patents by major companies, but that's not really important since the strategy is the same as for the single line version.
