vp progresives

There were previous postings (check the archives) on
LV progressives -- including

Didn't realize this myself until I came across a
mention of this bank from Sandy's (ASbramo102) Sam's
Town trip report.

Elliott -- you're right about the reset of $1500 for
this DDB 9/5. It gets to 100% when the jp reaches
$1,943.75. At reset, it's a paltry 97.87%. Extremely
highly volatile although Stan (staninnv) was able to
harvest it at $5,076 (way to go Stan!). Afterall, this
progressive might qualify to Tom's VPfree database at
jp passing the $1,943.75 mark. I suggest that any of
our VP warriors should play (instead) the 9/7 DB near
the Century theaters or the 9/6 JOB progressives if
you can find an empty seat.

Fiesta Rancho has a FPDW progressive and Westwood Ho
has a 9/6 JoB

I played these machines this morning. Five slant tops between the
theatre and the FPDW. They are 100.14% at reset if in-fact the
progressive does reset at $1,500. It was $1870 when I left it this
afternoon. The other side has five slant top 9/5 DDB that I wouldn't
touch with a ten foot pole.
Also, the progressive that I hit for $5,076 was on TEN coin DDB
progressives over by Roxys.

One other thing: There's a bank of TEN multi-game suited royal
progressive slant tops that contains 8/5 bonus poker. This past week,
the royals ranged from $1,500 to $2,100. These machines get very
little play except for the occassional one or two coin players.

The bank that you refer to is a double bank. 9/5/4 DDB on ONE side
and 9/7 DB on the other. Therefore, at $1500 reset, it is OVER 100%
at ALL times. 5 seats on each side and they share the same
progressive meter. If there is a 5 coin bank other than the one near
the theatre, then I am unaware of it. There is a 10 coin DDB near
Roxy's
