Yes, but not for the reasons you mention. Weekends tend
to have fewer promotions and so I play less at that time.

One day a week on the average. I play for fun, not to try to make big
money. I'm learning "perfect play" to stretch my playing time.

Yes. Mondays and Tuesdays are much quieter than weekends. Tonight
(Valentine's Day) was a zoo, with crowds and heavy traffic.

Hi. I'm an AC local.
I usually play 3-4 days a week, depending on what's going on in my life and what promotions are going on.
I have a full-time job, but can be at the casinos after work in about 15 minutes.
My days off are Sunday and Monday, and I usually put in some significant play on one of those days (but probably not this weekend because of a nasty storm in the forecast. I envy you Vegas folks.). Otherwise, I go after work 2-3 days a week, depending on the promotions. It's no so much to avoid the weekend crowds (though it is easier to get at the few good machines on weeknights) as to when I have the time and what they're offering to induce me to get in the door.
Sometimes I think I overdo it and should cut back. I take all the casino gifts I can't use, and wrap them up for my family for the holidays (we do gag gifts only, so no one shops). This year, I completely filled the trunk of the car plus about half of the back seat. I don't think my mother believed me when I told her that the stuff didn't cost me anything because I just about broke even for the year. No one needs all that crap, and I have some other things I'd like to spend more time working on. So I may cut back some this year.

I play almost daily. Once in a while, my wife will find some chore
for me that keeps me from going. I play anywhere from 20 - 30 hours a
week.
If that's the case, Marsha, how come I never see you anymore? Where are you hanging out?

Still playing a lot at Resorts, but also visiting some places that I
had never "gotten around to". Scoping out potential backups in case
things deteriorate too much at Resorts. (Taj, Sands, Plaza, Caesars)
It takes a lot of time and work to check these places out! But
someone has to do it. . .
