VP Meet

VP Pappy,

Count me in. I'd prefer it if we didn't meet at Greektown ( wink).

By the way, May 27 is the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. It could be that a lot of people are out of town and the casinos won't be too crowded. Or they could be full of people ready to celebrate the long weekend.

The spin poker at Motor City takes 45 coins ( 5 coins times 9 lines). There are 4 more of these on the 2nd ( main ) floor in a 3 x 2 bank with 2 multistrike machines. The multistrike is quarters now but the best game I saw was 7-5 super aces.

That's four of us so far that say they will try to make it. Lets
right now say that we will definately meet at "Motor City Casino" as I
have had several objections over Greektown, and MGM doesn't really
have much in in the way of decent vp, unless you guys want to meet in
Vegas? or Atlantic City?

You are right about Spin Poker taking 45 coins. I have been playing
it on videopoker.com and it plays there with 20 coins.

Will keep posting more info as I get it.

PS: I will have "VP & ME DO LV--PART TWO" up on Midwest Casino
Guide soon. I sent it in Sunday.

I just checked Spin Poker on videopoker.com and it plays there at
45 coins also. This site also has Multi-Strike, which MC has too.

Unfortunately...... I did not put 2 and 2 together in regards to this
get-together. Since that's the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend,
I'll be completely unable to attend. Cannot be in two places at
once, and had already promised to run a bowling tournament for a
friend in Saline that evening - and a promise is a promise.

Dammit, anyway. :frowning:
