VP math analyzer program?

Is there a program either on a website or one I can download that will
help me analyze the variances of video poker. Basically, I'd like to
calculate the odds of losing X amount at X game over X hours.

This would be useful not only for trip bankrolls necessary, but also
in end of year analysis. It would be useful to know that if I had a
losing year that was exceptionally harsh, just exactly what the
probability of that occuring again would be, givin the same number of
hours played, on the same game, etc.

Thanks in advance,

John

I expect that Dunbar will reply, but in the interim:

I was deficient in failing to note that the program is based on a
sophisticated spreadsheet requiring Excel (Excel 2000 or later.)

I can't offer a definitive answer re Open Office, but strongly expect
it isn't compatible. His program is macro-driven (intensively) and
likely makes use of add-in/Visual Basic features not supported under
Open Office.
