I have been playing this summer in Native American Casinos in
Oklahoma. They use a machine made by World Touch Gaming called "Red
Hot Dueces" for their Deuces Wild game. Is anyone familiar with this
machine? Am I really playing video poker with an "honest" deck or is
this just a slot machine dressed up to look like a vp machine? The
machine I am talking about can be viewed at worldtouchgaming.com

VP Machine or Slot?
IIRC it has been reported that all VP in Oklahoma
is of the Video Lottery Terminal variety and that
the paytables aren't indicative of a game's ER.

Referring to WTG's products on their website, they list "Red Hot
Deuces" as a Class II (video lottery terminal) game.
This isn't a randomly dealt game.
