Vp in east central iowa and surrounding territories

I am going to spend some time in DUBUQUE IA next month And I was
wondering if there were any VP opportunities out there worth taking a
swing at.

It would be a real plus if there were some poker rooms near by.

Dubuque has one boat, expect like 8/5 JOB, 9/5 DDB. The dog track
has recently opened table games & VP. I was only there short time
so far, but VP looks the about same. Best I found on quick walk
thru was Pick em, but at less than full payout...like 10,000 on
royals with less payout on others. As I was just starting to play
pick em, I didn't catch the exact payouts. I think they now also
have poker. Stay away from Clinton boat a little south of Dbq. If
you're seriously playing VP, you'll have to come to Quad Cities,
about 70 miles south. Full pay pick em, 9/6 DDB progressive
evrything above full house upstairs bar at Isle of Capri that often
goes positive. Good DB across the river in Illinois.
Also should mention, even tho I'm only playing the best games in the
house these days, I still do lousy and can't seem to beat them. The
cash back on Isle is .25 tho.
As in most places you have to look around. The payouts vary greatly.
Hope this helps...Good luck
