Is there any playable video poker left if foxwoods or mohegan left?
vp in Conn.
Playable is all relative.
I did take down some of the following paytables on a trip there in
November. I didn't bother to verify them when i was there last
month.
In what seems like an odd twist, at Mohegan, you find better
paytables on higher denomination machines ($1) than the lower ones
(.25).
For JOB, there was a lot of 1/2/3/4/5/9 machines, which means about
98.5% at the $1 level. They were 5/8 (97.4%) at the quarter level
for Bonus, there was 5/7 for $1 and 5/6 for quarters.
For Double Bonus 5/6/9 for Dollars, and 4/6/9 for quarters. I did
find SOME 5/6/9 quarter machines.
Double Double 1/1/3/4/5/8 in Quarter and .50. I didn't take any
notes on $1 which means I didn't see any. Doesn't mean I didn't
miss them.
For Joker Wild there were 1/2/4/5/8/16/100/100/100/800 Two Pair
machines (97.2%) machines at all denoms. Top Pay on Quints.
perhaps the best of the lot, I found some
1/2/5/7/8/20/50/50/100/1000 (top pay on RFL). These are 99.1%
Deuces wild were:
$1 - 1/2/3/4/4/10/12/20/200/800
$.25 - 1/2/2/3/4/13/16/25/200/800
Nothing spectacular. Probably a few playable and a few to avoid.
I'll probably be going back later this month and try and re-check
the inventory.
