If there is anyone living in NJ who wants to visit their local
library, I'd be interested to see if the regulations mention anything
about machines dealing as if they were dealt live.
As I've said before, it is clear that NJ will not license a machine
that acts differently, but in their answer to Mr. Frey they said
there was such a regulation but they told me that there was nothing
in writing.
It's only an academic point, since this requirement has been
ingrained in NJ custom for almost 30 years.
