Please Help!
We will be staying at the IP the first week of September and I would
like to get in contact with the VP/Slot Host. Has anyone used this
service at IP, and what are the expectations for play in order for
them to even talk to you. Half of our trip has been comped from
wifes slot play, but would really like to get the other half covered
as well.
Your experiences would be appreciated.

I always deal with Bob Cohen at IP. I think he is one of the best
hosts in town.

My wife and I stayed at the Imperial Palace for five days in late
July. We couldnt even get a players card because their computers
were supposedly not working. Since we had comp rooms we decided to
gamble there and for four days won nothing at video poker playing
their best games. We walked down the street to the Barbary Coast
and caught their free shuttle bus to Gold Coast. There we found
Double Bonus machines that paid 10 tokens for the Full House and 7
tokens for the straight. We were playing quarter machines and won
several hundred dollars there. We heard the Orleans has great video
poker and the shuttle also goes there to. You might want to check
out the Palms just right across the street from Gold Coast.
Good luck, we will never play VP at the Imperial Palace again.

I have stayed at IP many times and agree that the VP there is not the
best, but the slots are pretty loose and my wife is a big slot
player. I actually enjoy the FPDW at Barbary Coast but was unaware of
their shuttle service. As the Palms is definitely on my list of
places to go this time around I will definitely use this tip!
